Helloooooooo London!
OK - not exactly London, England - but it's still awesome to hear the Newsboys yell out "Helloooo London!". And what's even cooler is backstage passes to meet the band, hang with the drummer Duncan, sit at his drum set, have a mini-photo shoot with him and get a signed set of drumsticks. Seriously ... it rocked and that was before the concert even started!
Our local radio station held a contest to win the backstage passes and guess who won ... yep, me and Eden. All night I had to remind her that not every concert she goes to will include VIP treatment, backstage passes and upfront seating. It's all downhill from here.
The concert was amazing. Awesome performances - amazing worship. My ears are still ringing!
